Job Description of MSW for EARS (Emerging Antibiotic Resistant Society)

Position 1- Maharashtra (Mumbai based) , (Gujarat- sometimes)
Position 2 – Delhi NCR (Delhi based), (Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan- sometimes)

Designation- EARS Field Force Officer

Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW)

Job Description-

1. Candidate will be responsible for creating antibiotic awareness among doctors, patients and general public.
2. Candidate will also have the responsibility to contact Hospital and Private laboratories for gathering information on antibiotic resistance and usage pattern.
3. Candidate will create awareness about EARS among targeted population
4. Candidate will be responsible for  increasing membership in EARS society
5. Candidate will provide details of changing trends in antibiotic usage by doctors/ health care providers.
6. Candidate may be given additional responsibility to conduct Health Hygiene and Sanitation awareness programs in school and hospitals.
7. And other responsibilities allotted from time to time by the EARS management

Skills Requirement-
Efficient in inter-personal and teaching skills
Good language proficiency in English, Hindi
Flexibility to adapt to new roles, tasks and situations;  initiative taker
Strong observation, analytical and listening skills;
The ability to negotiate/mediate/interpret on behalf of service users.
Should have good personality
Sound knowledge of computer operations (MS office)
Ready to travel
